Our clientele is based in multiple jurisdictions across the globe. To ensure the flawless services Fusion Business Solutions has adopted the GDPR requirements to comply with the changes and provide better user experience as we believe that fundamentally these new rules are better for our community.

To keep our customer’s interest safe, we give our customers right to request the access to their Personal Information and get a copy of same which we hold. To know what information we hold you can simply email us on info@fusionfirst.com and will get you the copy of details (Name, email, Phone, Co. name, Title, etc) for free of cost.

You can anytime request us to correct any incomplete or missing or may request to update the information we have for you by sending an email on info@fusionfirst.com with the relevant information. Though at our discretion we may delete or correct or remove the incorrect data anytime for better user experience.

As per our Privacy Policy once the client ends the services we remove all the relevant data which is shared by the client unless there is no overriding legitimate interest. The only data we hold will be client’s Companies name and contact details for future reference. Such withdrawal of consent will be made by sending an email to info@fusionfirst.com with your relevant details.

All our users have the right to demand the Personal Information in a commonly used, structured, e-format anytime. Any of such requests can be made by reaching out to assigned Account Manager or sending an email at info@fusionfirst.com.

Personal Information will be retained by Fusion in such a way that you can be identified as long as is required for Fusion’s processing activities during the contract period. Fusion will follow the retention policy where the personal details will be removed after the period of 30 days from the last date of service. Please note that we will only be keeping your information during the above-mentioned duration to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreement. Please be notified: Some of the information that is gathered about you may arrive from the web and is public by another platform. The same information could be collected by other partners or any other third party. We suggest you check your profile with other parties and make sure that the information that you have chosen, only that information is visible. Also, the information which comes from the web and other sources that we would be collecting for your projects, the same information could be searched and used by other parties for their requirement as well.
