Your objective will be to satisfy the clients by delivering prompt and quality service.
Your job may involve:
- Communicating with global clients.
- Understanding client’s requirement and delivering the output in desired time, with expected quality of work.
- Making B2B Calls to potential customers and describing products services.
- Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Fix appointments for the Onboarding Call and offering the Trial to the customers.
- Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Generate between 2-3 hot leads per day.
You must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institute/ university or equivalent with the good academic track record. Degree holders in Engineering/ Master’s Degree holders/MBAs may be considered but without any extra weightage.
- 1-2 + Year (International Call Centre).
- Excellent English Communication skills (Verbal & Written).
- Excellent phone manner and articulation.
- Computer Skills like Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Internet and emails.
- Time management skills.
