In the role of Corporate Computer Skill Trainer, you will play a vital role in helping employees to improve their computer skills and knowledge, which in turn can improve their efficiency and productivity at work.
Designing courses that cater the specific needs of employees or group. The courses may include topics such as computer basics, operating systems, productivity software, digital tools, and cybersecurity.
Preparing lesson plans which include learning objectives, materials, and activities that align with the course curriculum.
Assessing progress to measure computer skills.
Providing feedback on the employees' computer skills, including areas that need improvement.
Creating learning resources, such as handouts, presentations, and online materials, to support the learning process.
Collaborating with other trainers or experts to improve the training program and keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in the industry.
Staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in computer technology, software, and tools to ensure that the training program is effective and relevant.
Essential qualifications and skills
Education and Qualifications: A Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
Computer Skills and Knowledge.
Technology Skills including various digital tools and platforms, including learning management systems, online collaboration tools, and multimedia resources.
